Order Instructions

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:

• Please answer the ORDER FORM once you made a decision to order a product.
• Once we receive the order form, FashionLocale will send you a confirmation and instructions on how to go about the payment terms.
• FashionLocale will then wait up to 3 days for the payment to be made.
• Customer may need to advise us of payments made (SMS is convenient for faster transaction)
• Product will be sent within 24hrs from the time we received payment confirmation or depending on the products availability. Pre-order is available after 1 week of payment confirmation.
• FashionLocale will respond to your PM’s, E-Mails, Comments from 2PM-6PM and 11pm-4am on weekdays; 9am-5pm on weekends. You can always reach Bing Marcelo-Santos @ SMS anytime until further notice.
• SMS inquiries are encouraged.
